These terms apply when you use this website or book any session or program with TheLight · Nour B Chacra. By booking or paying, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
تنطبق هذه الشروط عند استخدامك هذا الموقع أو حجزك أي جلسة أو برنامج مع TheLight · نور بو شقرا. بالحجز أو الدفع، فإنّك توافق عليها. يُرجى أيضاً قراءة سياسة الخصوصية.
TheLight offers complementary emotional-wellbeing support through breathwork, yoga and guided reflection. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatry or medical treatment, and it never replaces diagnosis or care by a doctor, psychiatrist or licensed psychologist.
يقدّم TheLight دعماً مكمّلاً للعافية النفسية عبر التنفّس واليوغا والتأمّل الموجّه. وهو ليس علاجاً نفسياً أو طبياً، ولا يحلّ أبداً محلّ التشخيص أو الرعاية من طبيب أو طبيب نفسي أو معالج نفسي مرخّص.
Please tell Nour about any medical or psychological condition before you start. Breathwork and yoga may not suit everyone; you take part at your own pace and can stop any exercise at any time.
يُرجى إبلاغ نور بأي حالة طبية أو نفسية قبل البدء. قد لا تناسب تمارين التنفّس واليوغا الجميع؛ تشارك بالوتيرة التي تناسبك ويمكنك التوقّف عن أي تمرين في أي وقت.

Everyone's journey is different. We make no promises of specific results. Client stories describe personal experiences, not guaranteed outcomes.
لكلّ شخص رحلته. لا نعد بنتائج محدّدة، والتجارب المنشورة تعبّر عن تجارب شخصية وليست نتائج مضمونة.
Sessions take place in person in Al Chouf or online at the agreed time. To reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.
تُعقد الجلسات حضورياً في الشوف أو أونلاين في الموعد المتّفق عليه. لإعادة الجدولة، يُرجى إبلاغنا قبل ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل. الجلسات التي يُتغيَّب عنها دون إشعار مسبق بـ٢٤ ساعة قد تُعتبر مستهلكة.
Programs are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
البرامج شخصية ولا يمكن نقلها إلى شخص آخر.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Because your sessions and program place are reserved for you as soon as you book, we do not offer refunds, in full or in part, for any session, package or program, including if you stop attending or do not complete it.
جميع المدفوعات نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد. لأنّ جلساتك ومكانك في البرنامج يُحجزان لك فور الحجز، لا نقدّم أي استرداد كلّي أو جزئي لأي جلسة أو باقة أو برنامج، بما في ذلك في حال التوقّف عن الحضور أو عدم الإكمال.
If you pay in instalments, the remaining instalments stay due as agreed, even if you stop early.
إذا كان الدفع على أقساط، تبقى الأقساط المتبقّية مستحقّة كما هو متّفق عليه حتى لو توقّفت باكراً.
If something is not working for you, please talk to Nour. We will always look for a fair way forward, such as rescheduling.
إذا لم يكن أمر ما مناسباً لك، تحدّث مع نور. سنبحث دائماً عن حلّ عادل، مثل إعادة جدولة الجلسات.
Practices, guided reflections, journals and recordings shared with you are for your personal use only and may not be copied, shared or resold.
التمارين والتأمّلات الموجّهة والدفاتر والتسجيلات التي نشاركها معك مخصّصة لاستخدامك الشخصي فقط، ولا يجوز نسخها أو مشاركتها أو إعادة بيعها.
When you submit the booking form, you agree that we may contact you by email, WhatsApp or message about your request. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email.
عند إرسال نموذج الحجز، توافق على أن نتواصل معك عبر البريد أو واتساب أو الرسائل بخصوص طلبك. ويمكنك إلغاء الاشتراك بالبريد في أي وقت عبر الرابط الموجود في كل رسالة.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TheLight is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا يتحمّل TheLight مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام هذا الموقع أو خدماتنا. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخدمة المعنية.
