This website is run by TheLight · Nour B Chacra (“TheLight”, “we”, “us”), offering Breath Code Therapy, yoga and emotional-wellbeing support in Al Chouf, Lebanon, and online. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and how we protect it.

What we collect
ما المعلومات التي نجمعها
Details you give us: your name, email, WhatsApp number and anything you write in the booking form.
ما تشاركه معنا: اسمك، بريدك الإلكتروني، رقم واتساب، وأي شيء تكتبه في نموذج الحجز.
Your self-check: the 2-minute self-check runs in your browser. Your answers stay on your device and are not sent to us, unless you choose to mention your result in a message.
الفحص الذاتي: يعمل الفحص الذاتي داخل متصفّحك. تبقى أجوبتك على جهازك ولا تُرسل إلينا، إلّا إذا اخترت أن تذكر نتيجتك في رسالة.
Session notes: if you work with Nour, brief notes may be kept to support your journey. They are treated as confidential.
ملاحظات الجلسات: إذا عملت مع نور، قد تُحفظ ملاحظات مختصرة لدعم رحلتك، وتُعامل بسرّية تامّة.
Basic technical data: pages visited and device type, collected automatically to keep the site working.
بيانات تقنية أساسية: الصفحات التي تزورها ونوع الجهاز، تُجمع تلقائياً لضمان عمل الموقع.
How we use it

To reply to you, arrange your discovery consultation and run your sessions.
للردّ عليك، وتنظيم جلسة التعارف، وإدارة جلساتك.
To send the messages you asked for, such as booking confirmations. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
لإرسال الرسائل التي طلبتها، مثل تأكيد الحجز. كل رسالة تسويقية تحتوي على رابط لإلغاء الاشتراك بنقرة واحدة.
We never sell your information, and we never share what you tell us in sessions.
لا نبيع معلوماتك أبداً، ولا نشارك ما تقوله في الجلسات.
How long we keep it
مدّة الاحتفاظ
We keep your details while we are in contact or working together, and for a reasonable time afterwards. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة تواصلنا أو عملنا معاً، ولفترة معقولة بعدها. يمكنك أن تطلب حذفها في أي وقت.
Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving messages, at any time. Message @thelightlb and we will reply as soon as we can.

We use reputable, secure platforms and limit who can access your information. Our services are for adults 18 and over.
نستخدم منصّات آمنة وموثوقة ونحصر الوصول إلى معلوماتك. خدماتنا مخصّصة للبالغين من عمر ١٨ سنة وما فوق.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
